• House and townhouse up to 3,000 square feet - $349.00
• Condos up to 2,000 square feet - $249.00
• Additional footage at $0.10 per square foot.
• 48 hour turn around excluding weekends and holidays
• 24-Hour Rush service for the Stills - $50.00
• Travel time and mileage outside 50 km range @ $0.50 per km
• There is a $50.00 cancelation/rescheduling fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.
• Links to online tour, still photos and floor plans will be sent out once confirmation of payment has been received.
• payments can be made with MasterCard, VISA or E-Transfer.
